Advanced Glassblowing I

Tuesdays, 8 weeks, April 3-May 22, 2-5 p.m. (HS1211)
Prerequisite: Glassblowing I, II or Continuing Glassblowing and Intermediate Glass blowing.
Maximum: 4 students
$450 members/$475 non-members
The student should be ready to focus on two challenging projects. Projects could be lampwork a scene onto a vessel, making detailed murrine canes and roll-up on a vessel, building segments of a hot glass sculpture in the annealing oven or cameo glass techniques on a vessel. Students must have a plan and will create sketches of their ideas. |
