Flowers and Fish: Encased Paperweight-Style Beads

Prerequisite: Age 16 and up. Advanced bead making skills required.
$135 members/$160 non-members Maximum: 6 students
The first week will be spent making the components: cased stringers, filigrana, latticino and simple murrini. The second week you will be making encased flower beads, learning about surface manipulation of colors, application of murrini and heavy encasing. The last week we’ll pull it all together to make an aquarium bead and heavily encase it.
