Now Enrolling 2013 Summer Glass Camp!
Summer Glass Camp is a Southwest Michigan summertime tradition at West Michigan Glass Art Center. Campers will learn valuable skills, form strong friendships and discover their amazing creative abilities.
Campers will learn glassblowing, bead making, kiln fusing, lampworking, sand casting and other glass arts. Camp ends with an exciting gallery exhibit open house for family and friends of the campers. Campers will be invited to show their work at a fall exhibit at the Portage District Library. Registration is open so call us now at 269-552-9802 to register your child for an exhilarating week of camp!

Reflections Gallery and Gift Shop
Our Reflections Gallery has a wide variety of beautiful glass art and gifts. Local artisans have created gorgeous beaded, flameworked and fused glass jewelry that are functional, beautiful and affordable. Delight someone special with a beautiful piece of handmade art from our selection of bracelets, pendants, necklaces and earrings. Our shelves will temp you with blown glass fish, butterfly art, sparkling vases, blown glass sculptures and so much more! Don't miss our stained glass, mosaic and fused glass wall art that will add a splash of color to your home.
We are located on Kalamazoo Ave in the Park Trades Building near the train station. Simply park in front of the building and come on in, we are on the ground level. Our hours are Monday-Thursday, 9-4:30 p.m., Friday 9-3:30 p.m. and Saturday noon-5 p.m. See you soon! |

West Michigan Glass Art Center is located in downtown Kalamazoo, close to the Radisson hotel, Western Michigan University and a variety of great restaurants. We are close to Portage, MI and about 30 miles from Battle Creek, Michigan. We are located about 1 hr south of Grand Rapids, MI and about 2 1/2 hours west of Detroit and 2 1/2 hours east of Chicago. We are the hotspot for fun things to do in Kalamazoo and Southwest Michigan! Visit our Reflections Art Gallery and gift shop for great handmade quality glass artwork created by our local members. Make us one of your attractions when visiting Kalamazoo. We have many fun family activities too! We can create a program just for your family on a schedule and budget that works for you!

What is West Michigan Glass Art Center?
We are a non-profit art organization located in
downtown Kalamazoo, Michigan. Our mission
is to teach, create and promote glass art and
artists. We teach glass art classes and
programs to adults and youth in glassblowing,
kiln casting, cold working, flameworking,
stained glass, bead making and kiln fusing.
We offer team building events, parties, art
hops and educational programs to teachers
and groups. Our instructors can also bring
glass art to your classrooms or meeting place!
